As soon as you place your order we will send you your order confirmation via e-mail to confirm receipt of your purchase.
We will proceed to fill and package your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it (holidays exempt) and we will then email you your shipment tracking number once received so you can easily keep track of when your new Crambé product(s) will be arriving!
At Crambé Skincare we pride ourselves on our incredible quality products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply click our Returns Page and we will either exchange your product or refund you for the value of your purchase within 30 days.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Visit crambeskincare.returnscenter.com
- Enter your order number (found in your email) and email address
- Let us know the item(s) you're returning/exchanging
- You can download a discounted return label, or choose your own return shipping method. We advise using a method that includes tracking.
- Properly seal your box or bubble mailer and drop it off at your delivery method's closest drop off point.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
