We fulfill everything by hand to ensure the highest quality control standards. This part of the process is extremely important to us, ensuring you receive the best quality product we can provide. Sometimes it can take a little bit longer depending on how many orders we are facing. We are a small team, so we thank you in advance for your patience!
We strive to offer fast shipping at affordable pricing, uniting you with your new Crambé product ASAP is our priority.
Standard Shipping - 3-5 Business Days - $10.00
2 Day Shipping (Territories Exempt) - $13.00
Standard Shipping - 6-10 days - $19.99
As soon as you place your order we will send you your order confirmation via e-mail to confirm receipt of your purchase.
We will proceed to fill and package your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it (holidays exempt) and we will then email you your shipment tracking number once received so you can easily keep track of when your new Crambé product(s) will be arriving!
At Crambé Skincare we pride ourselves on our incredible quality products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will either exchange your product or refund you for the value of your purchase within 30 days.
Please note, we do not offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or have received any form of discount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
