Shipping Costs

We strive to offer fast shipping at affordable pricing, uniting you with your new Crambé product ASAP is our priority. Sometimes it can take a little bit longer depending on how many orders we are facing. We are a small team, so we thank you in advance for your patience!

CANADA:

Standard Shipping - 3-5 Business Days (Territories Exempt) - $9.99

Orders $99+ - Free

USA:

Standard Shipping - 6-10 days - $14.99

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order we will send you your order confirmation via e-mail to confirm receipt of your purchase.

Handling

We will proceed to fill and package your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it (holidays exempt) and we will then email you your shipment tracking number once received so you can easily keep track of when your new Crambé products will be arriving!

Returns

At Crambé Skincare we pride ourselves on our incredible quality products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply click our Returns Page and we will either exchange your product or refund you for the value of your purchase within 30 days. 

How To Start A Return

  1. Visit crambeskincare.returnscenter.com
  2. Enter your order number (found in your email) and email address
  3. Let us know the item(s) you're returning/exchanging
  4. You can download a discounted return label, or choose your own return shipping method. We advise using a method that includes tracking.
  5. Properly seal your box or bubble mailer and drop it off at your delivery method's closest drop off point.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days - or depending on your credit cards processing times.
