Three signs your skin is reacting to seasonal changes.

As we bid farewell to Fall and slide into Winter you might notice how this transition is affecting your skin. The reality is seasonal shifts can cause problems. Simply put, your skin doesn’t enjoy rapid changes in temperature/humidly and going from warmer to cooler weather makes your skin work harder. Here are five signs that your skin might be struggling with this seasonal transition:

  1. Skin feels tight and dry. This is due to colder, dryer air and increased winds, which makes your skin feel uncomfortable and even itchy.
  2. Acne flare-ups. The shift in temperature can cause further inflammation for those with acne-prone skin.
  3. Small cracks in the outer layer can appear. This is due to the loss of humidity in the air and the rapid shift in temperature.

What can you do to help combat these seasonal outbreaks and help your skin transition to a new season?

-Reduce the temptation of hot showers, which feel great but leave your skin dry.

-Increase the humidly in the air by using a humidifier in your bedroom.

-Use Crambé Face Forward Rejuvenating Facial Oil with anti-inflammatory properties and high levels of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals which deeply penetrate the skin and provide a protective skin barrier to make your skin look and feel it’s best.
